1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 cup raw spinach or other greens
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Bragg's Liquid Aminos, sea salt, or other spices to taste
1 teaspoon oil (optional)
1/4 cup fresh raw salsa
1) Place first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You might have to stir to get ingredients to blend. Season to taste. Top with salsa and enjoy!
