2 thick slices of bread
1 med tomato
organic mushrooms
2 slices of soy swiss cheese
Vegenaise
black pepper
oregano
garlic powder
Spread bread with a thin layer of Vegenaise.
Layer tomatoes and mushrooms over one side, sprinkle with black pepper, and oregano.
Add both slice's of swiss soy cheese to other slice of bread.
Close sandwich.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and grill.
