1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
1/3 can lima beans
1/3 can chickpeas
diced tomato
1/4 package of frozen peas thawed
balsamic vinaigrette dressing
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Cook pasta according to directions.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl while pasta is cooking.
Add pasta when it is done.
Put in fridge overnight.
... and you have lunch for the next day.
(I came up with the recipe for my lunch during band camp. PB&Js were getting boring.)
