1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 (6-ounce) jar water packed artichoke hearts, diced
1 sweet onion, diced
1 roma tomato, diced
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1. In a mixing bowl, place garbanzo beans.
2. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil; mix gently.
3 Add artichoke hearts, onion, and tomato; mix gently.
4. Top with basil and sea salt.
