1 small can of corn or 1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 can black beans, pref. with spices already in it
3 cups instant white rice (uncooked)
1 cup hot salsa of your choice
1. Cook rice- it should come to 6 cups of cooked rice.
2. Add beans and corn, stir. If using plain beans, here is where you add the chili powder, cumin, etc.
3. Add salsa, stir.
4. Mix all ingredients one last time.
5. Enjoy!
