vegan "beef" ground round
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
pinch of season salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic, and seasoned salt, and mix till its a colorful paste. Then, make a patty out of the "beef”, cut a divit through it, like a pocket, and fill with the paste, cover that up with more "beef". Throw that tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, and then toss the burger in. I also like to caramelize some onions beforehand and mix in with the uncooked "beef" before hand and cook until well-done, and then toss it in a pita with sprouts, some tomato, and mustard (followed by a cold beer)....CHEERS!!!!
