1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chillies
1 (15-ounce) can sweet peas
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans
3/4 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup lemon juice
rice, to taste, cooked
1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
2. Scoop bean mixture rice.
