1/4 head green cabbage
1 carrot, grated
1 tomato, diced
6 radishes, grated
3 green onions, sliced
1 (2-ounce) bunch parsley, minced
1 (1-ounce) bunch of dill, minced
unrefined sunflower oil, to taste
salt, to taste
fresh ground pepper, to taste
1. Cabbage: Begin by slicing the cabbage. Start from the inside core, working outward - the cabbage should look shredded.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; gently toss to thoroughly mix.
Another alternative is simply to use cabbage and grated carrots - also tasty. If you can't find sunflower oil, you can use vegetable oil, but I LOVE the strong taste of unrefined sunflower oil.
