Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Place covered in refrigerator for 1-3 hours (do not exceed 24 hrs). Preheat oven to 375 F. Roll into 1.25 in balls and place on greased cooking sheet. Flatten with fork making criss-croos pattern. Bake 7-10 minutes until lightly browned completely cool on wire rack before serving.
