Fried Tofu and Spinach Sandwich

Ingredients: 

2 - 4 slices tofu
1 handful spinach
1 - 2 cloves garlic
olive oil
soy sauce
whole wheat bread

Directions: 

Fry slices of tofu in olive oil and soy sauce.
In a separate pan, fry spinach and garlic in olive oil.
Place tofu and spinach on toasted whole wheat bread, and enjoy!
