1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup sweet chili dipping sauce (I use Blue Dragon)
1/4 cup water
1 big handful fresh cilantro, roughly chopped or torn
dash freshly ground black pepper
1. Mix all together.
2. Chill a while for a better flavor.
Enjoy on your own or share if you have to.
