Orange Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup baby carrots
1/4 cup lemon juice*
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar ice cubes (optional)

Directions: 

Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it on high for about two minutes, or until the carrot pulp is very smooth. Pour it into a glass and enjoy!
*Go easy on the lemon juice; too much can make it very acidic and hard on the throat.
