16 oz frozen peas and carrots
1 can water chestnuts sliced
1 cup cashew pieces
2 tablespoons olive or peanut oil
4 tablespoons liquid amino acids
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add peas and carrots and chestnuts. Stir fry until all ingredients are heated but still crunchy. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until completely mixed. Enjoy!
