Bay Rum Cologne

Ingredients: 

2 oz (50 g) bay leaf
1/4 oz (6 g) ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and clove
1 pint (500 ml) Jamaica rum

Directions: 

Grind bay leaves in blender or coffee mill. Combine in jar with remaining spices, cover with rum and shake well. Allow to stand for 7 days. Strain. Keeps indefinitely.
NOTE: If you have access to Jamaica bay leaves (Pimenta acris or racemosa), so much the better.
