1 1/2 cups of peanut butter
1/2 cup vegan margarine
16 oz vegan powdered sugar
6 oz package of vegan chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegan margarine
1. Mix Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup margarine and powdered sugar
2. Melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons margarine
3. Roll peanut butter mix into 1 inch balls. Insert a toothpick into the ball and dip 3/4 of the ball into the chocolate mixture
4. Lay on wax paper to cool. Eat! Refrigerate leftovers
