2 pints raspberries
1 bag raspberry tea
4-6 ounces hot water (for tea)
vanilla nondairy milk, as needed
1 or 2 tablespoons sugar
splash lime or lemon juice, optional
1. Place the raspberries in a blender. Prepare raspberry tea and set aside to cool (less water is okay if you want it to be stronger).
2. Blend raspberries with milk to get the consistency of a really frothy smoothie (pretty thick until you need to knock the blender around to get it to move).
3. Add the tea to the mixture. It doesn't need to be all the way cool but steeped enough until the liquid is bright red. Blend with raspberries and add sugar and lime/lemon juice, if using.
4. Place in the freezer in either a tub for yourself or individual servings to share.
Serve with a nice vegan sugar cookie and enjoy!'
