1 whole banana
1 tablespoon carob
1 tablespoon soy milk
1/2 tablespoon raw sugar
1 tablespoon peanut-butter
Mix all ingredients together but the banana in a regular size bowl, then chop the banana into 1" pieces, then mix the banana into the carob, milk, sugar, and peanut-butter. This is really good for a breakfast meal or mid-day snack... Enjoy!
