Popeye's Smoothie

Ingredients: 

3 cups of raw spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 frozen bananas
2 cups water
2 tablespoons (or to taste) agave nectar
1 tablespoon EFA oil

Directions: 

This is the easiest way for me to consume raw greens! Don't be turned off by the spinach/fruit combo, the greens cannot be tasted at all. This is a good way to get kids to eat more greens also.
1) Place all ingredients into a blender and blend it up till the bits of green are teeny tiny and the whole thing is smooth and without chunks.
Enjoy! Eating greens has never been easier!
