Yummy Mushy Yams

Ingredients: 

2 large yams, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon vegan margarine
1/4 cup coconut milk
pinch salt and pepper
pinch rosemary
garlic powder, to taste

Directions: 

1. Place potatoes in a large pot of water and boil until soft.
2. In a large bowl, mash the yams, and add coconut milk and margarine.
3. Mash some more and then add spices to taste.
Very quick and easy!! Enjoy!
