1/2 cup olive oil (or sub another veggie oil for a lighter flavor)
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon tamari / soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
2 teaspoon miso (any kind)
fresh green onion / parsley to taste
Blend all ingredients together until well mixed. This dressing is great with a little parsley or green onion thrown in there. Tastes very similar to bottled 'Goddess' dressing.
