1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
2-3 corn/flour tortillas (corn are crispier)
1/2 a head of broccoli
1/2 a head of cauliflower
any other vegetables
1-2 teaspoons of Tahini
salt/Season All (optional)
Cut the raw tortillas into bite sized pieces.
Pour oil in medium sized pan and 'fry' them. Stir occasionally.
While they cook, cut vegetables and add them to the cooking tortillas.
Add Tahini (to taste) and cook until broccoli heads are golden brown.
Serve over rice.
