6 tortillas
2 cups rice
2 cups fava beans
small handful of garlic
3 or 4 tofu pups chopped
peanut butter and hot sauce to taste
Cook rice.
Parboil and peel your fava beans, if they are fresh. Otherwise, get your can opener and heat up the beans.
Chop garlic and throw into hot oiled pan. Add chopped pups. Let fry for a couple minutes. Reduce heat and add tortillas to pan and cover.
When the rice is done, put some on a tortilla.
Add a few fava beans. Top with a big spoonful of the garlic pups. I like to smear the edges of my tortilla with some peanut butter and put on hot Siracha sauce before rolling it up.
Goes good with beer.
Very nutritious if you use fresh ingredients and don't overheat ingredients while cooking.
