Oyster-Mushrooms with Peppers

Ingredients: 

3 cups oyster mushrooms, cut in strips
1 each sweet red, yellow and green peppers
1 medium red onion
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
8-10 fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions: 

Chop onion and peppers for stir frying.
Heat oil in wok and stirfry onions until they begin to colour; add mushrooms and when they begin to collapse, add the peppers. When peppers are stil crisp-tender, add soy sauce and vinegar and basil.
Stir like mad until sauce begins to reduce and basil is fragrant.
