1- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (I like the diced tomatoes that have onions, or peppers
added to them)
1-15oz can black beans, drained
1-16oz can vegan refried beans
1 cup vegetable broth
Put tomatoes in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for about 3-5 minutes, or until tomatoes start to soften up.
Add the refried beans and stir until smooth.
Add the black beans and vegetable broth and cook until hot.
I like to add a spoon of vegan sour cream and diced onions to my bowl.
