Spanish Spaghetti

Ingredients: 

1 onion
1 red bell pepper
250 g soya mince
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
50g ground almonds
50g raisins
100ml dry sherry (optional, makes it less sweet)
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions: 

Cut the onion and pepper into dices. Sauté the onions with the veggie mince in a big pan. Add tomatoes, pepper and spices and bring to a boil.
Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the almonds, raisins and sherry.
Serve with pasta.
