3 fresh and firm Roma tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Chile Infused vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (optional, to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
This recipe is very simple and quick, it's especially enjoyable if you like spicy cuisine!
1) Start out by dicing the tomatoes and finely mince the garlic. Place the tomatoes and garlic in a medium sized bowl together and add olive oil. Then add, the balsamic, rice wine, and chile Infused vinegars, along with the crushed red pepper and black pepper. Add salt according to taste.
Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
