garlic chili flax seed oil (Omega Nutrition is a good brand)
Spike seasoning in a shaker
2 cloves of grated garlic
I suggest air-popping your popcorn (as to avoid any icky stuff caused by heating oil) and then let it slightly cool for a second while you peel and grate your garlic cloves.
When ready, drizzle the flax oil over the popcorn, sprinkle some spike on, and toss. Repeat and sprinkle on garlic as well.
And voila - a great way to enjoy your healthy Omega nutrients!
Tip: If you want more, balsamic vinegar or chili sauce is also good when added sparingly.
