3/4 cup vegan margarine
1/4 cup vegan brown sugar
1/2 cup vegan white sugar
egg substitute for 1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup oat bran
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 oatmeal
1 cup raisins
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut
Cream together margarine, sugar and egg replacer.
In separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and gradually stir into margarine and sugar mixture.
Add in raisins and coconut until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12-25 minutes.
