8 ounces strong coffee (or espresso)
3 to 4 cups vegan chocolate ice cream (I use So Delicious Chocolate Velvet)
Ice cubes, as needed
1) Brew coffee or espresso. Scoop ice cream into mugs and add 1 or 2 ice cubes. Pour coffee over, stir and serve.
I always drink my coffee with vanilla soymilk and lots of sweetener but I tried this today and it was tasty.
