1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1. For steamed method, fill a large pot with water and turn on high heat. Once it has reached a boil, take a steamer and put asparagus in basket. Place over boiling water.
2. Steam until asparagus are fork tender. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes. Before completely cooked, remove asparagus. In a hot pan, combine asparagus and soy sauce. Make sure it's coated. Cook until fork tender.
3. For roasted method, place asparagus on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine asparagus with soy sauce. Place into oven for about 10 minutes or until fork tender.
