1/2 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons tamari sauce
2 teaspoons maple syrup
3 teaspoons lime juice
dash of red pepper flakes
1 clove finely minced garlic
dash of fresh orange juice
Portions are extremely flexible. I think we just got lucky our first time but it is easy enough to adjust the recipe by adding a little bit more of whatever you feel you need. You just end up with more sauce!
Pretty much just combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, warm up a little bit and enjoy.
We had a bunch of oranges lying around and I had the inspiration to cut one in half and squeeze the juice in. Don't use too much as it will quickly start to overpower everything else but it was a delicious addition.
