2 whole bananas
3 to 4 tablespoons oil (CANOLA, GRAPESEED, WALNUT, ETC.)
1/2 cup light or regular coconut milk

I don't know the nutrition information. Although I do know that 1 whole banana is 120 calories and 2 oz of light coconut milk is 45 calories. There is basically no protein in any of this.
Slice bananas lengthwise and then in half. Fry them up in your oiled pan over high heat until brown.
Dip the fried bananas into the coconut milk and enjoy!
*Add sugar to milk to taste.
