1 link of your favorite brand of veggie Italian sausage
1/4 cup shredded Soy cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Spanish rice (I found next day rice is best)
1 tortilla veggie wrap, garden flavor (or any flavor you like)
Prepare Italian Sausage according to box directions. (Microwave directions are easiest, then brown on the stove). Split Sausage down the middle and place on wrap sprinkle soy cheese and Spanish rice on top of sausage. Fold up and Enjoy for a quick and easy snack, lunch or dinner !
