2 cups vanilla soy milk
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 cup oatmeal
2 bananas
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raw cashews
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Put ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth. Add ice last.
I use a Vita-mix. I don't know if you can make this in a regular blender.
It is really rich, yummy...and healthy!
