Hot Ginger Tea

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup thinly sliced ginger root
6 cups (1.5 liters) water
2 cinnamon sticks
Sweetener of choice

Directions: 

Simmer all ingredients but sweetener for 20 minutes; strain and sweeten.
Good for indigestion or "bad hair days".
