1/5 of a block of regular tofu (firm), crumbled
1/2 an avocado, cut into pieces
I green onion, cut into pieces
a slice of tomato, cut into pieces
1/4 an onion, cut into pieces
half a hand full of sliced mushrooms
2 veggie link (fake sausage)
dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper
1/2 a cap full of veggie oil (optional or replaced with butter)
Add oil to a skillet and heat to medium.
Stir fry tofu, avocado, tomato, and onions.
Stir in the mushrooms.
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add sausage links and cook until done.
Cool for a couple minutes and eat.
