Banana Love

Ingredients: 

2 cup soy milk (your favorite kind)
1-2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons soy yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
small sprinkle of cinnamon
ice (optional)

Directions: 

Pour soymilk into the blender followed by the other ingredients. Pulse slightly and then on full speed until all ingredients are completely blended.
I like it best poured into a chilled glass or mug. It reminds me of a real milkshake. Feel free to play with the ingredients, adding blueberries or marion berries would be good.
Bananas are high in potassium, and are a good way to start your day.
