Once your banana is ripe, with some brown spots on it, take it out of the peel, cut it up in 4ths or 5ths, and place it in the freezer.
Once frozen, place the banana in a blender with 1 cup of soy milk, some protein powder and a dash of cinnamon.
You will have a deliciously creamy smoothie that is like soft serve ice cream but good for you!
