8 ounces fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1. Shake together all the ingredients.
2. Marinate mushrooms overnight in a shallow glass dish.
