2 cups cooked chickpeas
2/3 cup tahini
10-20 cloves garlic
2/3 cup flaxseed oil
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 package tofu, silken or medium firm
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt

Combine ingredients in a blender.
Serve chilled.
This makes a lot, but hummus. Freezes well.
