Mexican-Style Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

1/2 pkg of large she'll pasta (egg free)
3 tablespoons of Vegenaise
1/2 cup black beans (drained)
1/2 cup canned corn
1/2 avocado (chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon favorite salsa
hot sauce like Tapatio to taste

Directions: 

Cook pasta as directed, drain well and rinse with cold water. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let cool and marinate in refrigerator at least 20 minutes.
