210 g / 6.75 oz flour
70g / 2.25 oz sugar
70g / 2.25 oz ground almonds
140g / 4.5 oz margarine
1 tablespoons vanilla sugar
optional: powdered sugar
1) Mix flour, sugar, almonds, margarine and vanilla sugar.
2) Form small crescents.
3) Bake for 10-15 minutes.
4) Flour with powdered sugar.
I don't know if these are known outside Germany, but they are very popular cookies (especially for Christmas) here and I was surprised that the vegan variation turned out even better than the original.
