1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 heaped tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons peanuts, roughly crushed
2 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
few drops hot oil
pinch salt
1. Steam green beans until tender.
2. For dressing, in 2 teaspoons hot water, whisk in the tahini until smooth.
3. Mix in remaining ingredients with tahini.
4. Pour dressing on top of beans and toss.'
