4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Dry potatoes with paper towel.
2. Toss potatoes with olive oil in roasting pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 50 minutes, turning once.
