sprinkle sugar
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 cup + 2 tablespoons amaretto
1 tablespoon vegetable stock + 1/3 cup water
5 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 lemon, zested
1. Put a pot of water on to boil with sprinkle sugar. Boil green beans in vegan sugar water for 3 minutes.
2. Flame 1 cup amaretto in sauce pan. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable stock and water.
3. Let it reduce by 1/3. Add margarine. Put green beans in the pan.
4. Add sliced almonds. Put in 2 tablespoons amaretto, and lemon zest.
