16 ounces pasta (I like bow ties)
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 pinch red pepper flakes
black pepper, to taste
1. Boil pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, steam asparagus until barely tender.
2. In a large skillet, cook garlic in olive oil, and add asparagus, tomatoes, and red pepper flakes.
3. When heated, combine with cooked pasta, sprinkle with black pepper, and enjoy.
