Super Pepper Burritos

Ingredients: 

1 (15 ounce) can vegetarian refried beans
1/2 can (3 ounces) tomato sauce
1-2 red peppers, sliced
1-2 green peppers, sliced
1-2 yellow peppers, sliced
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, divided
3 teaspoons chili pepper sauce
6 flour tortillas

Directions: 

1. Put beans and tomato sauce into a small pot. Cover and leave on low flame. Put peppers in large skillet on medium flame.
2. Pour 1/2 jar salsa on top of peppers and mix so that peppers are stewing in the salsa; stir continuously. When edges of peppers begin to appear transparent and most of the salsa has thickened or been absorbed, add hot sauce and stir.
3. Warm tortillas in a microwave or in a skillet. When beans are hot and bubbling slightly, remove from heat and spread a thin layer of beans in each tortilla. Use a ladle or spatula to spoon peppers and salsa on top of the beans, and close the tortillas.
