1 can pumpkin or tomato soup
1 cup chicken strips e.g. Yves, Boca
1 tablespoon pressed garlic
1 tablespoon sesame or peanut oil
couscous
In medium pot, heat oil and add garlic. Stir. Add the strips and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add soup plus 1 cup water, heat until soup is well-blended and smooth. Add the couscous and simmer for 5 minutes.
