3-4 chopped carrots
1 Large chopped onion
3 ups cubed potatoes
1 Qt canned tomatoes
4 vegan vegetable stock cubes
garlic, to taste
2 cups frozen peas
2 cups pasta shells
1-2 cups kidney beans Plus, 1/2 cup uncooked Lentils
4-6 cups Water
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
In large soup pot, dump in water and all ingredients except peas, pasta and kidney beans. Bring to boil,turn down heat and simmer til potatoes are done. Add peas, pasta and beans. Cover and cook through.
