2 cans kidney beans
1 can other kind of bean (red, black, etc.)
1/2 onion, chopped
2 large cans chopped/whole tomatoes
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 zucchini, sliced and quartered
4 tblsp chili powder (add more later, if desired)
3 cups water
Throw ingredients in a big pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Add more chili powder if desired. Tastes great served in vegan bread bowls!
